Job Description

As an ISC Production Supervisor here at Honeywell, you will be responsible for overseeing the production processes at our designated site. You will ensure that production goals are met efficiently and effectively while maintaining high standards of quality and safety. You will lead a team of production workers, manage resources, and implement continuous improvement initiatives to optimize production operations.

In this role, you will impact the overall efficiency and productivity of our production operations. By ensuring that production schedules are met, quality standards are maintained, and safety protocols are followed, you will contribute to the success and growth of the company. YOU MUST HAVE

  • 2 plus years'' experience in production supervision or leadership within a manufacturing or supply chain environment.
  • Strong knowledge of production processes, quality control, and safety standards.
  • Proficiency in using manufacturing execution systems and ERP software to monitor and manage production activities.
  • Ability to analyze production data and implement process improvements to optimize efficiency and reduce costs.

WE VALUE

  • Bachelor's degree in Supply Chain Management, Business, Engineering, or a related field (or equivalent experience).
  • Proven leadership skills with experience managing teams and driving operational excellence.
  • Strong problem-solving skills and a continuous improvement mindset.
  • Ability to manage multiple priorities and work collaboratively across departments.
  • Knowledge of lean manufacturing principles and experience implementing continuous improvement initiatives.

COMPENSATION

The annual base salary range for this position is $79,800 - $99,700. Please note that this salary information serves as a general guideline. Honeywell considers various factors when extending an offer, including but not limited to the scope and responsibilities of the position, the candidate''s work experience, education and training, key skills, as well as market and business considerations.
