Hansen Talent Group is seeking a strong IT Asset Specialist to support a large-enterprise, working to support the full lifecycle of hardware, software, and mobile devices as well as support business operations through end-user support.
The IT Assets Specialist will be responsible for tagging and tracking all IT inventory; managing inventory records and supporting procurement, deployment, and end-of-life activities; as well as supporting end-user troubleshooting requests.
Duties:
Manage incoming IT assets and support regular physical inventory audits in addition to tracking software license allocations.
Support full lifecycle of assets and manage inventory reports to ensure compliance and prevent overuse/underuse of licenses and inventory.
Support end-users with equipment set up, software installations, and troubleshooting requests for all workstation equipment, desktop applications, and mobile devices.
Test A/V equipment across meeting and conference rooms, providing basic troubleshooting and installations as needed.
Coordinate equipment refreshes, inventory reviews and procurement requests, as well as hardware disposal.
Support vendor relationships and coordinate service visits.
Ensure all assets and inventory records are compliant with corporate policies, state and federal regulations, and security frameworks.
Qualifications:
Hands-on support of end-user devices and desktop applications
working experience with asset/inventory management
