Introduction

The role involves designing and creating a Knowledge Base Repository that stores curated business, technical, semantic, and retrieval-ready knowledge used by GenAI. The focus is on converting source documentation, metadata, business definitions, and mappings into structured AI-consumable context.

Required Skills & Qualifications

• 5 years in AI context engineering, knowledge management, semantic modeling, data governance, or business metadata management.
• Experience creating knowledge repositories, business glossaries, or semantic documentation.
• Experience supporting LLM, RAG, natural-language-to-SQL, or enterprise AI systems.
• Strong ability to translate complex data and business documentation into structured context.
• Prior work experience at client or in client's Industry.

Preferred Skills & Qualifications

• Experience with enterprise process management systems (POP, ARIS, SDAR).
• Exposure to GenAI platforms and LLM-based enterprise solutions.
• Knowledge of regulatory and compliance-driven data environments.
• Applicants must be able to work directly for Artech on W2.

Day-to-Day Responsibilities

• Define the structure of the Knowledge Base Repository for Talk to SPI.
• Create repository organization standards for business terms, data definitions, semantic mappings, retrieval specifications, prompts, rules, and source references.
• Ensure the repository can support both human review and machine consumption by the GenAI platform.
• Create structured context files that describe Strategic Process Inventory (SPI) business concepts, definitions, synonyms, relationships, metrics, and data mappings.
• Work with the AI Platform Engineer to ensure the repository can be indexed, deployed, and consumed by the GenAI platform.
