What You'll Do:
- Assist with enterprise data warehouse implementation and support consultant-led initiatives
- Perform data cleansing, validation, and data quality analysis
- Work directly with business units to gather, organize, and document data requirements
- Help define data structures, classifications, and standards across systems
- Support SaaS applications including DealCloud, Juniper Square, Sage Intacct, Ramp, SharePoint, and related business platforms
- Create reports, dashboards, and analytics that drive decision-making
- Assist with Power BI reporting initiatives
- Utilize Power Automate and AI technologies to improve workflows and business processes
- Collaborate on future AI, dashboarding, and automation projects across the organization
- Provide application support, user administration, and access management where needed
- Partner with technology leadership to identify process improvements and technology opportunities
What You'll Bring:
- 3-5 years of business analyst, systems analyst, data analyst, or technology-focused experience
- Strong understanding of database structures, tables, data types, and data integrity concepts
- Experience working with reporting, business intelligence, or data-related projects
- Ability to gather requirements and communicate effectively with technical and non-technical stakeholders
- Experience supporting SaaS applications and enterprise business systems
- Familiarity with Power BI, Power Automate, SharePoint, and Microsoft technologies
- Exposure to AI tools such as ChatGPT, Claude, or similar platforms
- Strong problem-solving skills and a self-starter mentality
Preferred Experience:
- Snowflake
- Microsoft Fabric
- Data warehouse projects
- Business intelligence and dashboard development
- Commercial real estate, private equity, asset management, or financial services environments
Work Environment:
- Primarily onsite environment
- One remote day per week available
- Additional flexibility available on a case-by-case basis
- Collaborative culture with significant in-person interaction across business units
Compensation:
- Target salary range: $80,000 - $90,000
