IT Business Partner

What you'll do

1Build and sustain partnerships with local business teams in your dedicated regions and across multiple IT function teams as the point of contact(POC)2Engage with local support resources and aligned with global IT strategy to maintain technological health3Work as a key escalation contact for your region on critical IT technology escalations and emerging issues in real-time. Assist with coordinating rapid resolution, root cause analysis, and stakeholder communication4Work as a key partner in local production validation testing to ensure new systems meet IT operational requirements and quality standards before rollout5Work as a global team members, manage local resources to support IT global strategy

Qualifications

1Demonstrated experience with IT system technology and service managements;2Proven project management skill with time management and prioritization abilities;3Strong troubleshooting and problem solving skills;4General knowledge of network and IT infrastructure, general knowledge of system development and product designing;5Ability to work variable hours including weekends and holidays6Bachelor's degree or equivalent relevant work experience. Excellent written and spoken communication skills in English and Mandarin
