Pay Range: $50 - $55/hour. Employee benefits include, but are not limited to, health insurance (medical, dental, vision), 401(k) plan, and paid sick leave (depending on work location).
Key Responsibilities:- Manage tickets related to system integration issues and lifecycle development.
- Assist with data migration from legacy systems to new platforms.
- Collaborate across IT, SE&D, Operations, and vendor teams to support the Carma application.
- Monitor system performance and recommend improvements.
- Provide support beyond traditional helpdesk functions, utilizing strong critical thinking and problem-solving skills.
- Maintain documentation for system configurations and support procedures.
- Assist in user training and onboarding.
Key Requirements and Technology Experience:- 3+ years of experience in IT support and enterprise applications.
- Strong problem-solving and analytical skills.
- Effective communication and customer service orientation.
- Familiarity with ticketing systems.
- Data Center experience is a plus.
- Working knowledge of Microsoft Excel for tracking, analysis, and reporting.
- Experience providing IT support beyond helpdesk-level functions, with exposure to enterprise systems.
