Business Analyst Assignment Overview

Seeking an experienced, tenured Business Analyst with Salesforce and/or Order-to-Cash (O2C) experience who can navigate a complex business and technology ecosystem and support large-scale transformation initiatives.

The ideal candidate will partner with business stakeholders, end users, and IT teams to understand business needs, assess current-state processes, identify gaps and opportunities, and translate business objectives into effective technology-enabled solutions.

Key Responsibilities:

• Lead requirements elicitation, analysis, documentation, prioritization, and validation.
• Analyze current- and future-state business processes, identifying gaps, dependencies, and opportunities for improvement.
• Translate business needs into functional requirements, user stories, use cases, and acceptance criteria.
• Facilitate cross-functional discussions and align business and technology stakeholders.
• Support solution design, testing, requirements traceability, and implementation readiness.
• Assess business impacts, risks, and dependencies associated with transformation initiatives.
• Drive continuous improvement and help ensure technology solutions deliver measurable business value.
• Provide guidance and leadership in business analysis activities as needed.

Desired Experience:

• Extensive Business Analysis experience.
• Salesforce and/or Order-to-Cash (O2C) process experience.
• Experience supporting large, complex business and technology transformations.
• Ability to navigate complex organizational and technology ecosystems.
• Strong stakeholder engagement, communication, facilitation, and analytical skills.
• Ability to work independently and influence decisions across business and IT teams.
