Job Title: IT-Business Systems Analyst (Epic Willow Analyst, Dual Willow)

About the Opportunity:
ZipStaff is hiring an Epic Willow Analyst. This remote contract (hours typically 9–5 CT) supports Willow Inpatient and/or Ambulatory pharmacy systems alongside a collaborative team of pharmacists, retail pharmacy partners, and IT business analysts.
What You'll Do:
- Build and maintain Epic Willow Inpatient and/or Ambulatory configurations.
- Support pharmacy incidents, service requests, and day-to-day pharmacy workflows.
- Gather requirements and implement enhancements for pharmacy operations.
- Support pharmacy integrations, dispensing workflows, and related interfaces.
- Participate in testing, upgrades, implementations, and ongoing production support.
- Collaborate with pharmacists, retail pharmacy, and IT business analysts on a team of about 14.
Required Qualifications:
- Epic Willow Inpatient and/or Ambulatory certification plus 3+ years of hands-on Willow build/support.
- 3+ years of healthcare IT or pharmacy systems experience.
- 3+ years working with pharmacy workflows (ordering, verification, dispensing, inventory, administration).
- Strong analytical skills and the ability to work independently in a remote setting.
Preferred Qualifications:
- Dual Willow (Inpatient and Ambulatory) certification.
- Pharmacist background.
- Experience with Willow Inventory.
- Pharmacy billing experience.
- Experience supporting multi-facility health systems.
