Location: Aberdeen Test Center · Aberdeen Proving Ground, Maryland

Our client is staffing a U.S. Army cybersecurity engineering and Risk Management Framework contract at Aberdeen Test Center. The contractor keeps four systems authorized: ATC LAN, ATC LIN, ATC STE, and ATC T&EN. Work includes full RMF lifecycle support, security-control assessment, eMASS package sustainment, DISA STIG and vulnerability management, POA&M tracking, and continuous monitoring. Place of performance is on-site at Aberdeen Test Center, Monday–Friday, 0800–1630. This is not a remote role. Core clearance is active DoD Secret, with SIPR access. Hire is contingent on contract award. Start is after award, expected late 2026 or early 2027.

Senior ISSO / RMF analyst. Supports Seat 1 on the same ATC systems. Does not own the program.

• Daily eMASS and ISSO work

• STIGs, scans, POA&M tracking, and artifact collection

• ATO sustainment and continuous monitoring support

• On-site with Seat 1

Required: active Security+ or CASP/SecurityX. Minimum three years supporting RMF lifecycle reporting and software/hardware reconciliation. DoD 8570/8140 IAT Level II or IAM Level I. Active Secret. Army eMASS, STIG, and ACAS work is preferred.
