IT Consultant - Malvern, PA - Contract - $37-47 per HR

Description

This role involves leading the development and implementation of A/B tests, personalization experiences, and front-end implementations using a generic technology platform. The position is based in Malvern, PA with a hybrid work arrangement. It is a contract role that requires a strong understanding of front-end development and experience with a leading experimentation and personalization platform.

Key Responsibilities

• Lead the implementation of A/B tests and personalization experiences.
• Develop and maintain front-end code using standard web technologies.
• Configure and support activities, audiences, and targeting rules.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to achieve experimentation goals.
• Provide technical leadership and guide implementation decisions.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s or master’s degree in a relevant field or equivalent experience.
• Strong hands-on experience with a leading experimentation and personalization platform.
• Proficiency in front-end development with JavaScript, HTML, and CSS.
• Experience with Git-based development and deployment workflows.
• Strong communication and leadership skills.
