Description
Required Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in computer science, Business, or a related analytical field, or equivalent work experience
- 8+ years of IT experience with large-scale enterprise solutions
- 5+ years in a leadership role, including IT project management, leading complex cross-functional projects from planning through implementation, resource analysis and allocation, and leading high-performing multidisciplinary software delivery teams
- 5+ years developing, implementing, enhancing, or supporting enterprise applications using modern architectures, integration patterns, and database technologies
- 5+ years of experience delivering effective technology solutions to complex business challenges
- 5+ years of experience supporting enterprise applications in a 24/7 environment; willingness to engage in extended or off-hours work unexpectedly when critical issues arise
- Strong analytical, problem-solving, decision-making, and conceptual skills
- Ability to communicate clearly and professionally, both verbally and in writing, with all levels of management, technical teams, vendors, and non-technical business partners
- Experience with resource management, team dynamics, team building concepts, associate development, and human resources policies and practices
- Basic financial management and budgeting skills
- High degree of confidentiality, maturity, self-motivation, commitment, integrity, and sound judgment

Preferred Qualifications
- 10+ years IT experience developing, maintaining, or supporting large-scale integrated enterprise solutions
- 5+ years of experience developing, configuring, implementing, or supporting high-volume, mission-critical applications within a 24/7 environment
- Experience with pharmacy systems, retail pharmacy workflows, prescription processing, regulatory requirements, or healthcare technology solutions
- Experience with pharmacy management systems, IVR platforms, prescription insurance interfaces, controlled substance prescription monitoring programs, and electronic prescription processes
- Experience managing vendor relationships and product support with third-party healthcare technology or pharmacy software providers
- Experience supporting Oracle databases, Unix or Linux environments, batch processing, middleware, APIs, web services, or application integrations
- Experience leading system upgrades, release planning, production implementations, stabilization activities, and coordinated change management across multiple teams
- Experience delivering solutions that support HIPAA, PHI, SOX, PCI, pharmacy compliance, or other security and regulatory requirements
