Position Summary

We are seeking an experienced IT Engagement Analyst to join a reputable public-sector organization's Information Technology team. In this role, you will play a crucial part in engaging with executives, managing governance processes, and strategically coordinating with technology partners. Key Responsibilities

• Support strategic technology initiatives in cybersecurity, cloud computing, AI, and vendor management.
• Collaborate closely with IT leadership, communications teams, and technology partners.
• Lead the coordination of executive-facing programs, events, and reporting.
• Work a hybrid schedule, requiring on-site presence for a minimum of 3 days per week.

Key Deliverables

• Manage engagement activities with technology partners, governance processes, and executive-oriented meetings.
• Track vendor engagement metrics, Quarterly Business Reviews, performance evaluations, and associated reporting.
• Facilitate technology workshops, leadership calls, and external event coordination.
• Support award submissions, executive presentations, communications content, and visibility campaigns.

Qualifications

• Minimum of 5 years of relevant experience.
• Proven ability in creating executive-level presentations, reports, and communications.
• Proficiency in Power BI and SharePoint is highly advantageous.
• Bachelor's degree or higher in Computer Science, Communications, or a related field.

Assignment Details
$55-$60/hour. Immediate start. Contract position. Monday to Friday, comprising a 7.5-hour workday with a 0.5-hour unpaid lunch break. Hybrid work model with a minimum of 3 days on-site in White Plains, NY.
