WHAT WE DO:
We focus on providing delivery, staffing, and supported services such as enterprise integration/implementations including, but not limited to, CRM, EAM, ERP, PMO, and QA. We service clients in SLED (state/local gov't & education), financial services, fortune, public utility, as well as regularly partnering with Big 4 SI partners.

Quals--
1. Please describe the project work, and what do day-to-day responsibilities look like: Project work will include the enhancement and maintenance of Java, .NET, and call center platform integrations to support our customer service operations.
2. What technologies or systems will this contingent worker be utilizing? Java, .NET, Azure cloud, NiCE CXone call center platform
a. If a candidate does not have all the technologies listed, would there be technologies you would consider similar and/or transferable for this position? AWS cloud experience.
3. Please provide background information on the application(s) this worker will be involved with: Our call center as a service platform and operations.

5. Could this contract position lead to a potential full-time role? Potentially, yes.
6. Will this person be any sort of team lead and What is the size and culture of the team? They will not be expected to have direct reports, but will be interfacing with other teams as a senior technical resource with expected technical leadership skills.
7. Will this person interact with any other Principal departments? Under our transformation efforts, they will interface with our enterprise architecture, operations, security, SAP, and Salesforce departments.
8. Is this role needing someone to sit on-site, or work remote? Hybrid. M/F remote, T/W/R on-site at Arena.

Job specifics:
