IT Generalist

3dB Labs is seeking a skilled IT Generalist to join our corporate team supporting our growing mission. The ideal candidate is a self-starter with great interpersonal skills with the technical knowledge to go with it. For the IT Generalist role, the major list of duties include:

End User Support

• Maintain/upgrade computers, peripherals, networking equipment, etc.
• Onboard new employees’ computers and handheld devices
• Familiarize new employees with the following systems: Email (Exchange), OneDrive, InTune, JIRA, web-based timecard system, Ninja1, ticketing system, GITLAB, Mattermost, WiFi, and VPN
• Respond to tickets

Networking Support

• Configure devices for appropriate networking permissions
• General troubleshooting/maintenance
• Familiarity with Cisco CLI a plus

Infrastructure Support

• VMware ESXi: assist in creating, configuring, restoring, and migrating VMs
• Create and implement backup and disaster recovery strategies
• Run cable as needed

Requirements

• US Citizen, ability to obtain a US Government Top Secret Clearance
• 5-10 years IT experience
• Bachelors or Associates degree in IT, Computer Systems, or similar
• Experience in a Linux and Windows based environment
• Current or past US security clearance is a major plus
