What You'll Do

As a Temporary Help Desk Support Specialist, you will be responsible for

• Prepare, image, configure, and deploy desktop computers, laptops, and work-from-home equipment.

• Assist with software installations, updates, and system configurations.

• Document support requests, equipment inventories, configurations, and issue resolutions.

• Provide professional technical support by phone, email, and in person while escalating complex issues when needed.
