I.T. HELPDESK TECH POSTITION AVAILABLE WITH EARNHARDT MANAGEMENT COMPANY!

Work for one of the largest and most exciting automotive groups in Arizona; Earnhardt Auto Centers!

Earnhardt's I.T. Department is now taking applications for a Full-Time Helpdesk Employee.

We are in need of a career-oriented individual to join our team. This is an entry level position. CompTIA A+ certification is required.

Responsibilities include:

• Diagnose software and hardware problems
• Provide technical training to employees
• Installs and configures computer equipment including computers, printers, monitors, scanners, etc.
• Must have reliable vehicle able to drive to multiple locations in a day
• Document work performed in ticketing system
• Take phone calls on helpdesk line
• Professionally represent company to fellow employees
