Job Description
Position: IT Infrastructure Analyst
Duration: 6 months contract (extension or conversion options)
Location: Hybrid - Los Angeles -90015, 4 days onsite, Fridays remote
Key Responsibilities
- Administer Microsoft 365, Entra ID, Intune, Autopilot, SharePoint, Outlook, and related productivity tools.
- Manage endpoint deployment, device provisioning, and endpoint administration.
- Support onboarding, offboarding, access requests, and identity management.
- Troubleshoot authentication issues, SharePoint access, Slack access, and application-related issues.
- Support email filtering, web filtering, and Microsoft 365 administration.
- Assist with cybersecurity hardening, patching, and endpoint security initiatives.
- Work with application teams on SSO integrations and user access requirements.
- Support conference room technology and day-to-day IT operations.
- Coordinate with managed service providers supporting network infrastructure.
