Job role: IT Manager
Duration: 3 months Contract to hire
Location: Onsite, 22951 Mill Creek Dr. Laguna Hills, CA 92653
Must Haves:
- They want someone who has personally built/owned an IT environment, not someone who has only been one contributor on a large IT team.
- Strong emphasis on security (MFA, Conditional Access, access controls, endpoint security, etc.).
- They want hands-on experience setting up and managing infrastructure, including firewalls from start to finish.
Job Duties and Responsibilities:
- Day to day responsibilities: Manage Microsoft 365, Entra ID, and company IT infrastructure. Provide end-user support for office and field staff. Administer user accounts, devices, security, and network systems. Maintain cybersecurity controls, patching, and access management. Coordinate vendors, manage IT assets, and drive technology improvements.
- Most important top skills/experience: A hands-on IT Manager with Microsoft 365, Azure/Entra ID, Windows endpoint management, cybersecurity, and end-user support experience who can independently own the company's entire IT.
