IT Manager

Are you an IT leader ready to shape a firm's technology and AI future? We're seeking an IT Manager with 7+ years of experience to join a growing multi-office firm in Oklahoma!

What You'll Do:

- Own the firm's technology strategy, roadmap, and budget.

- Manage the MSP relationship, vendors, contracts, and service levels.

- Oversee hardware, software, licensing, and onboarding/offboarding.

- Lead cybersecurity, disaster recovery, and risk management efforts.

- Build dashboards and KPI reporting with tools like Power BI.

- Evaluate and roll out AI and automation, including Microsoft Copilot.

What We're Looking For:

- Bachelor's degree in IT, Computer Science, Information Systems, Cybersecurity, or related field.

- 7+ years of progressive IT leadership, including MSP and vendor management.

- Experience supporting multi-office environments.

- Strong knowledge of Microsoft 365, SharePoint, Teams, Entra ID, Exchange Online, and Intune.

- Certifications such as Azure, CISSP, CISM, Security+, PMP, or ITIL preferred.

- Legal or professional services experience a plus.
