About the role
We're filling a senior leadership position for a hands-on IT lead who will be the authority across our enterprise applications and infrastructure. Our environment spans on-premises and cloud (Azure, AWS, and Google Cloud), and we need a well-rounded leader rather than a single-area specialist. You'll lead daily operations, assess our current setup, and recommend and build the team structure going forward.

What you'll do

• Lead daily IT support and operations across on-prem and multi-cloud environments
• Own Dynamics 365 Finance & Operations on Azure, alongside Power Automate and Power BI
• Support connected operational systems, including warehouse management, transportation management, and driver systems
• Oversee Java-based, web-based, and open-source applications
• Manage Microsoft 365, user access, and vendor relationships
• Assess team needs, then recommend and build the right structure
• Carry out planned after-hours maintenance and respond to critical after-hours incidents

What you bring

• Senior, hands-on experience leading IT operations in a hybrid environment
• Broad working knowledge across Azure, AWS, Google Cloud, and on-prem infrastructure
• Experience supporting enterprise applications and managing vendors
• Proven ability to build and lead a team
• Comfort with planned and critical after-hours support

Strongly preferred

• Dynamics 365 F&O and Power Platform experience

A plus

• Experience with WMS, TMS, or logistics and driver systems
