IT Program Manager - New York, NY - Contract - $67-72 Per HR
We are looking for a skilled Program Manager to manage intricate global projects within our trading technology platform. This position is based in New York, NY, with a hybrid work model and is offered on a contract basis. The role requires leading large-scale programs and collaborating with various stakeholders to ensure successful execution.
Key Responsibilities
- Lead complex global initiatives across trading platforms and desk-facing systems.
- Partner with trading, sales, and product leadership to drive program outcomes.
- Manage execution across matrixed organizations, ensuring alignment and delivery.
- Articulate complex issues to both technical teams and senior business stakeholders.
- Drive program governance, dependency management, and risk/issue resolution.
Qualifications
- Expertise in trading workflows, market structure, and front-office technology.
- Proven track record in program management for global initiatives.
- Experience in stakeholder management within a front-office environment.
- Ability to operate independently in ambiguous environments.
- Experience with regulatory, risk, or control-driven initiatives.
