Duration: 12+ month contract (High Possibility of extension/conversion)
Top requirements:
Strong Program Management experience leading large-scale software delivery programs.
Deep SAFe Agile experience including PI Planning, dependency management, and Agile delivery practices.
Mobile application delivery experience supporting iOS and/or Android development teams.
Nice to Have Skills and Experience:
SAFe Agilist, SAFe Scrum Master, PMP, or equivalent certification.
Experience with Clienture DevOps (ADO), Jira, Confluence, and Aha!.
Experience leading distributed global teams.
Experience working with offshore development teams.
Airline, travel, or customer-facing digital product experience.
Technical background in software engineering or architecture.
Education:
Bachelor’s Degree in Computer Science or related discipline or an equivalent combination of education and work experience
Minimum Qualifications:
9+ years of relevant work experience in an agile environment
Experience coaching agile methodologies to team and stakeholder
Skills and knowledge of servant leadership, situational awareness, conflict resolution, continual improvement, empowerment and increasing transparency
Proven ability to promote a team environment and collaborate cross-functionally
Preferred Qualifications:
9+ years of relevant work experience in an agile environment
Experience with driving adoption of Agile methodologies, processes and tools in a cross-functional organization
Superior analytical, problem solving and communication skills
Demonstrated experience with continuous integration/delivery
Participation in scaled agile frameworks
