Job Details:

Must Have Skills (Top 3 technical skills only) *

Bachelor s degree in Information Technology, Computer Science, Engineering, Business Administration, or a related field, or equivalent technical experience.
3 or more years of experience supporting IT or technology focused initiatives, preferably within healthcare or other regulated environments.
Demonstrated experience working closely with software engineering, data engineering, and platform teams on technically complex programs.
Working knowledge of modern application architectures, cloud platforms, APIs, data pipelines, and enterprise integration patterns sufficient to participate in technical discussions and identify execution risks.
Experience supporting Agile and DevSecOps delivery models, including familiarity with CI CD concepts, release coordination, and environment management.
Proven ability to manage schedules, dependencies, risks, and stakeholder communication within technically complex initiatives.
Strong written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to translate technical concepts for non technical stakeholders.
Experience coordinating vendor or partner delivery activities and third party dependencies.

Nice to have skills (Top 2 only)

Project management certification such as PMP or Scrum Master.
Experience supporting technology initiatives in regulated environments, including
familiarity with security, privacy, and compliance requirements.
Exposure to healthcare technology platforms, interoperability, or large scale
enterprise systems.
Familiarity with cloud platforms such as AWS, Azure, or GCP from a coordination
and governance perspective.
Ability to support change initiatives and adapt to evolving technical and business
needs.
