WHAT WE DO:
We focus on providing delivery, staffing, and supported services such as enterprise integration/implementations including, but not limited to, CRM, EAM, ERP, PMO, and QA. We service clients in SLED (state/local gov't & education), financial services, fortune, public utility, as well as regularly partnering with Big 4 SI partners.

Job Title: IT Project Manager (Contact Center / CRM)
Location: Santa Clara, CA (Onsite – 5 days/week)
Employment Type: Contract

Update - this role will now be based out of Austin, TX. Please submit any qualified candidates based out of the Austin area. The client is looking for a project manager that can manage a team for implementing a Phone bot and Chat bot using Genesys software for client's contact center team globally.
Current plan is for a 6-7 month project duration. The client needs someone with Omni-channel and integration to SAP C4C or Service Cloud V2. The manager needs to be in the Austin, TX office 5 days a week. 


Job Summary
We are seeking an experienced IT Project Manager Contractor to oversee the planning, execution, and delivery of IT projects. The ideal candidate will be responsible for managing project scope, timelines, budgets, and resources while ensuring alignment with stakeholders and successful project delivery.

Key Responsibilities
  • Develop comprehensive project plans including scope, schedule, budget, and resource allocation
  • Coordinate meetings and ensure alignment among stakeholders
  • Identify, track, and mitigate project risks, issues, and dependencies
  • Monitor project progress and provide regular status updates
  • Ensure projects are delivered on time, within scope, and within budget
Required Skills & Experience

Primary Skill (Mandatory)
  • Genesis – Contact Center
    • Experience Level: Advanced (6–9 years)
Secondary Skills
  • SAP C4C (Cloud for Customer)
    • Experience Level: Intermediate (3–5 years)
  • Salesforce – Service Cloud
    • Experience Level: Intermediate (3–5 years)
Work Requirements
  • Must work onsite at the client office in Santa Clara, CA, 5 days a week
