IT Project Manager III

Introduction

The Global Risk Technology team is seeking motivated talent to manage delivery efforts across the Trade Surveillance space. This role involves detailed planning of work and funding across the Trade Surveillance portfolio and providing regular reporting to senior management in Technology, Compliance, and Front Line teams. The employee will report to the senior delivery lead for Trade Surveillance.

Required Skills & Qualifications

• Experience in project management in both Agile/Scrum and Waterfall methodologies
• Knowledge of Trade Surveillance and compliance
• Experience with Actimize and Informatica tools
• Proficiency in SQL and data analysis
• Prior work experience at the client or in the client's industry
• Applicants must be able to work directly for Artech on W2

Preferred Skills & Qualifications

• Experience with Bank systems and processes around audit issues tracking
• Experience in using Jira to manage and report on Scrum and Kanban projects across multiple teams
• Experience in presenting project status to senior technology managers and compliance executives

Day-to-Day Responsibilities

• Monitor and report project status
• Attend and document status in all internal and external meetings
• Produce monthly project decks, roadmaps, deliverables, and accomplishments
• Manage projects in internal project management tools
• Coordinate and document annual initiative planning
• Track and report on financials for projects
• Ensure standards are adopted and enforced across the portfolio
• Monitor and address Jira data quality issues
• Help drive transformation and strategic efforts
