IT Project Manager

Location: Pennington NJ

Introduction

We are seeking a dynamic and experienced professional to manage complex IT projects within our organization. This role involves overseeing the end-to-end management and delivery of projects that require significant change across multiple departments and business units. For the right candidate, this role can commence prior to September.

Required Skills & Qualifications

• Applicants must be able to work directly for Artech on W2.
• Extensive experience in project management, particularly within the financial industry.
• Proven ability to manage project scope, timeline, and budget effectively.
• Strong skills in risk management and mitigation planning.
• Experience in stakeholder management and change adoption.

Preferred Skills & Qualifications

• Experience working on agile projects.
• Ability to act as a Program Manager on an interim basis.
• Experience representing senior project stakeholders.

Day-to-Day Responsibilities

• Lead and direct the work efforts of resources aligned to the project.
• Integrate various work streams to deliver the intended project solution.
• Ensure quality assurance and compliance with change requirements.
• Act as the primary point of contact for project integration.
