JOB DESCRIPTION
This role is responsible for planning, coordinating, and driving successful delivery of Salesforce capabilities including Sales Cloud, Revenue Cloud, Marketing Cloud, Data Cloud, integrations, reporting, analytics, and customer lifecycle processes. The Project Manager will serve as the operational leader for the Salesforce implementation effort, coordinating business stakeholders, IT resources, implementation partners, and vendors to ensure successful execution of scope, schedule, budget, testing, deployment, and adoption activities.
This role is focused on delivery execution, project governance, and stakeholder coordination. Program governance, executive steering, portfolio oversight, and cross-platform coordination remain the responsibility of the IT Modernization Program Manager and IT PMO.
Key Responsibilities
· Lead day-to-day execution of the Salesforce workstream within the IT Modernization Program.
· Develop and manage project plans, schedules, milestones, budgets, and resource plans.
· Coordinate delivery across Salesforce Sales Cloud, Revenue Cloud, Marketing Cloud, Data Cloud, integrations, reporting, and related capabilities.
· Partner with business stakeholders across Sales, Marketing, GCE, GCO, Finance, and Customer Success to drive project execution and decision-making.
· Manage implementation partners and vendors to ensure delivery commitments are met.
· Identify, track, and mitigate project risks, issues, actions, and dependencies.
· Facilitate requirements workshops, design reviews, testing activities, and deployment planning.
· Coordinate system testing, user acceptance testing, cutover planning, and production deployments.
· Prepare project status reports, dashboards, and governance updates for leadership and the IT PMO.
· Ensure compliance with established PMO standards, project governance processes, and reporting requirements.
· Drive stakeholder engagement, change readiness, and adoption activities throughout the project lifecycle.
· Escalate critical risks, issues, and decisions to the Program Manager and IT PMO as needed.
Required Qualifications
· Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience.
· 7+ years of IT project management experience delivering enterprise technology initiatives.
· 3+ years leading Salesforce implementation or transformation projects.
· Experience managing project scope, schedule, budget, risks, and dependencies.
· Experience coordinating business stakeholders, technical teams, vendors, and implementation partners.
· Strong communication, facilitation, and stakeholder management skills.
· Experience delivering projects using Agile, Hybrid, or Waterfall methodologies.
· Ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced, highly matrixed environment.
Preferred Qualifications
· Experience with Salesforce Sales Cloud, Revenue Cloud, Marketing Cloud, Data Cloud, or Agentforce.
· Experience supporting Greenfield Salesforce implementations.
· Experience working within a PMO-governed enterprise environment.
· PMP, Agile, Scrum Master, or similar project management certification.
