Job Objective: The ideal candidate will be responsible for planning, executing, and finalizing IT and infrastructure projects while meeting deadlines, budget constraints, and quality requirements. This role requires a combination of technical expertise and leadership skills, along with the ability to manage multidisciplinary teams and communicate effectively with internal and external stakeholders.
Responsibilities:
- Plan and define the scope of IT projects, including software development, IT infrastructure implementation, cloud migrations, and digital transformation initiatives.
- Develop and manage project schedules, resources, and budgets, ensuring alignment with the companyâs strategic objectives.
- Coordinate internal and external resources to ensure efficient project execution.
- Monitor project progress and make adjustments as necessary to meet deadlines and quality standards.
- Identify and mitigate risks that may impact project delivery.
- Ensure proper documentation and effective communication with all stakeholders.
- Deliver high-quality projects that meet SmartLogix standards.
Requirements
At least 5 years of experience in IT project management.
Essential to have proven experience in technology projects, including infrastructure, software development, and solution implementation.
Bachelor's degree in Systems Engineering, Computer Science, Business Administration, or a related field.
Technical Skills:
- PMP, Scrum Master, or equivalent certification (desired).
- In-depth knowledge of agile (Scrum, Kanban) and traditional (PMBOK, Waterfall) project management methodologies.
- Experience with project management tools such as JIRA, Trello, Microsoft Project, or similar.
- Advanced English (oral and written) for communication with global teams and project documentation.
