We are looking for a talented and experienced professional to join our team as a Release Train Engineer (RTE). This role involves managing a component of a portfolio of technology-driven initiatives for a single business unit. The candidate will be responsible for the creation and development of technology solutions that align with business needs and objectives.
Required Skills & Qualifications
Experience in design principles and design patterns.
5-7 years of experience as a business analyst or project manager.
Experience gathering required information into Business Requirements, Documents, wireframes, epic and story writing, flow diagrams, data mapping, test plans, use cases, and scenarios.
Extensive experience working in an Agile Scrum Master environment.
Proficiency in Scrum, sprint planning, burndown and velocity reporting, backlog prioritization, and retrospectives.
Preferred Skills & Qualifications
Advanced technical skills and ability to provide technical leadership.
Good understanding of financial/banking processes and domain.
Good communication, leadership, and mentoring skills.
Experience working on a team with the Agile Methodology.
Strong background in a disciplined software development life cycle (SDLC) process.
Experience in business case development across functional groups.
Experience as a strategic business partner in IT environments.
Ability to communicate effectively with both business and technology partners.
Experience with JIRA, Rally, or similar Agile project management software, as well as Wiki and SharePoint tools.
Prior work experience at the client or in the client's industry.

Manage and oversee the implementation of programs, projects, or processes.
Coordinate the translation of business strategy into work programs and processes.
Serve as a single point of contact and escalation point between the client/business area and internal IT management.
