IT Project Manager - ServiceNow Module Implementations

• We are seeking an experienced IT Project Manager to lead the implementation of multiple ServiceNow modules within our Service Delivery organization. The selected candidate will be responsible for end-to-end project execution, coordination with implementation partners and third-party vendors, and successful delivery across business and technical teams.
• The ideal candidate will have demonstrated experience leading enterprise technology implementations, managing third-party vendors and system integrators, and driving projects from requirements gathering through deployment, go-live, and transition to support.
• Experience with ServiceNow implementations, cybersecurity initiatives, business continuity, vulnerability management, and enterprise risk and compliance programs is highly desirable.

• Lead the implementation of ServiceNow modules, including Business Continuity, AI Control Tower, and Vulnerability Management.

• Manage the full project lifecycle, including project planning, requirements gathering, solution design coordination, configuration oversight, integrations, testing, user acceptance testing (UAT), go-live, and hypercare support.

• Manage implementation vendors and third-party partners to ensure delivery against scope, schedule, budget, and quality objectives.

• Establish project governance frameworks, reporting processes, risk management plans, and stakeholder communication strategies.

• Coordinate cross-functional teams across IT, Security, Infrastructure, and Business functions.

• Facilitate project meetings, status reviews, executive updates, and steering committee discussions.

• Track project risks, issues, dependencies, and mitigation plans to ensure timely resolution.

• Ensure project deliverables meet business requirements, technical standards, and organizational policies.

• Drive user adoption, change management, training coordination, and stakeholder sign-off activities.

• Monitor project milestones, resource allocation, budgets, timelines, and overall delivery performance.

• Coordinate deployment readiness and ensure a smooth transition to operational support.

• 10+ years of IT Project Management experience.

• Proven experience managing enterprise technology implementations from initiation through deployment and transition to support.

• Experience managing third-party implementation vendors, consulting partners, and system integrators.

• Experience delivering projects using Agile, Waterfall, or Hybrid methodologies.

• Strong stakeholder management, leadership, and executive communication skills.

• Experience with project management tools such as Microsoft Project, Jira, ServiceNow, Azure DevOps, or similar platforms.

• Strong project planning, risk management, issue resolution, dependency tracking, and execution capabilities.

• Ability to coordinate technical and business teams in a complex enterprise environment.

• Experience leading ServiceNow platform implementations or major enhancements.

• Experience with one or more of the following ServiceNow modules:

  • IT Service Management (ITSM)

  • IT Asset Management (ITAM)

  • Human Resources Service Delivery (HRSD)

  • Hardware Asset Management (HAM)

  • Governance, Risk, and Compliance (GRC)

  • Security Operations (SecOps)

  • Vulnerability Response

  • Business Continuity Management

• Experience supporting enterprise cybersecurity initiatives.

• Knowledge of ITIL processes and IT service management best practices.

• Experience supporting digital transformation and enterprise platform modernization programs.

Experience in one or more of the following areas is highly preferred:

• Business Continuity Planning (BCP)

• Disaster Recovery (DR)

• Vulnerability Management

• Cybersecurity Programs

• AI Governance and AI Control Frameworks

• Enterprise Risk and Compliance Programs

• Project Management Professional (PMP)

• Certified ScrumMaster (CSM) or Professional Scrum Master (PSM)

• ITIL Foundation Certification

• ServiceNow Certifications (preferred but not required)

• Excellent communication, leadership, and organizational skills.

• Ability to collaborate effectively with technical teams, business stakeholders, and external vendors.

• Proven success delivering complex, vendor-led enterprise implementations.

• Strong project governance, risk management, planning, and execution capabilities.

• Ability to manage competing priorities and deliver results in a fast-paced enterprise environment.

• Strong focus on delivery quality, stakeholder satisfaction, and successful project outcomes.

The ideal candidate is a senior IT Project Manager with strong enterprise implementation and vendor management experience. Candidates with direct ServiceNow implementation experience, particularly involving Business Continuity, Vulnerability Management, Security Operations, or Governance, Risk, and Compliance, will be strongly preferred.
