Job Description:
We are seeking an experienced Technical Project Manager with a strong background in Java, web services, and microservices. The ideal candidate will have a proven track record of managing complex technical projects from inception to completion, ensuring timely delivery andalignment with business goals.
Responsibilities:
Lead and manage multiple technical projects simultaneously.
Collaborate with cross-functional teams to define project scope, goals, and deliverables.
Develop and maintain detailed project plans, including timelines, milestones, and resource allocation.
Ensure projects are delivered on time, within scope, and within budget.
Identify and mitigate project risks and issues.
Facilitate regular project meetings and provide updates to stakeholders.
Ensure technical feasibility and resource availability for all projects.
Drive continuous improvement in project management processes and methodologies.
Requirements:
Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related field.
Proven experience as a Technical Project Manager or in a similar role.
Strong background in Java development.
Experience with web services and microservices architecture.
Excellent knowledge of project management methodologies (Agile, Scrum, etc.).
Strong organizational and multitasking skills.
Excellent communication and leadership skills.
Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced, dynamic environment.
Preferred Qualifications:
PMP, Scrum Master, or other relevant certifications.
Experience with cloud technologies (AWS, Azure, etc.).
Familiarity with CI/CD pipelines and DevOps practices.
