Detailed Job Description:
Manage and govern the organizations project portfolio. Prioritize projects based on business value, strategic alignment, risk, and resource availability. Monitor portfolio performance, delivery health, financials, and benefits realization. Provide portfolio level reporting and insights to senior
leadership. Drive portfolio governance processes and stage gate reviews. Ensure successful delivery of
projects within scope, schedule, budget, and quality targets. Support project managers in planning, execution
