Role Overview

We are seeking a senior IT Project and Program Manager to provide technical leadership and work direction for large-scale enterprise initiatives. This leadership role drives technology projects with business partners to deliver critical capabilities aligned with organizational objectives. The successful candidate will oversee project roadmaps, manage stakeholder relationships, and lead technical implementation efforts for complex supply chain solutions.

Key Responsibilities

• Provides work direction and leadership to assigned teams to ensure timely and effective project execution.
• Directs large-scale IT initiatives, ensuring project execution aligns with strategy and business objectives.
• Provides high-level project oversight and leads the continuous improvement of IT governance frameworks.
• Develops detailed work plans, schedules, project estimates, resource plans, and status reports.
• Manages stakeholder relationships and collaborates closely with business and IT teams.
• Oversees solution architecture, integration, and application support for supply chain planning platforms.
• Supports ongoing enhancements, incident resolution, and future technology roadmap initiatives.

Required Qualifications

Education: Bachelors degree in Information Technology, Business Administration, Project Management, or a related field.

Experience: 15+ years of experience in IT program leadership, enterprise-wide technology transformation, and business strategy alignment.

Technical Skills: Deep Kinaxis Maestro or RapidResponse technical expertise is required. Strong understanding of supply chain planning processes and experience integrating Kinaxis with SAP S/4HANA are necessary. Candidates must possess hands-on capabilities in data modeling, configuration, automation, and troubleshooting within Kinaxis.

Preferred Qualifications

• Strong understanding of project management tools such as JIRA, Trello, Confluence, and Azure DevOps.
• Experience leading Microsoft 365 implementations including SharePoint, Teams, OneDrive, and Power Platform.
• Strong knowledge of cloud-based collaboration tools and enterprise IT infrastructure.
• Proven leadership in IT strategic planning, technology risk management, and digital transformation.
