We are seeking an experienced SMC/Business Consulting Manager to join our growing team. This role is ideal for accomplished Microsoft professionals who want to remain independent while benefiting from a strong support structure, qualified leads, proven delivery capabilities, and access to a broad Microsoft customer ecosystem.
You will work closely with prospective customers, sales leaders, solution architects, and executive decision-makers to identify business challenges, define solution strategies, and demonstrate how Microsoft technologies can deliver measurable business outcomes.

Key Responsibilities
Client Advisory & Presales Leadership
- Lead customer discovery workshops, requirements gathering sessions, and business process assessments.
- Engage with executive stakeholders to understand organizational objectives and digital transformation priorities.
- Develop solution strategies aligned with business goals and industry best practices.
- Facilitate customer visioning sessions and solution roadmap discussions.
Solution Design & Demonstration
- Deliver compelling presentations, executive briefings, and solution demonstrations.
- Design and validate Microsoft-based business solutions, including:
- Dynamics 365
- Business Central
- Power Platform
- Microsoft Azure
- Copilot and AI Solutions
- Present business value, ROI, implementation approaches, and future-state architectures.
- Recommend complementary third-party solutions where appropriate.
Sales & Opportunity Support
- Partner with sales teams to advance strategic opportunities.
- Assist in proposal development, scope definition, and solution positioning.
- Maintain accurate sales activity and opportunity records within CRM systems.
- Support pipeline growth and revenue objectives.
Leadership & Collaboration
- Mentor and support less experienced consultants and sales professionals.
- Collaborate with delivery teams, solution architects, and product specialists.
- Provide market intelligence and customer feedback to support continuous improvement and innovation.
Qualifications
Required Experience
- 10+ years of consulting, presales, solution advisory, sales engineering, or business applications experience.
- Strong understanding of Microsoft technologies and business applications.
- Experience leading executive-level business discussions and strategic presentations.
- Ability to translate business requirements into practical technology solutions.
- Excellent communication, presentation, and stakeholder management skills.
