Job Title: IT Sales Manager ERP/SAP/Odoo (US & Canada)
Exp 3 to 10 Years
Locations: USA (Preferred: Texas) Open to Remote for other locations in the US.

We are seeking a highly driven and experienced IT Sales Manager with a proven track record in selling ERP solutions, specifically SAP and Odoo, to join our growing team. This role is pivotal in driving revenue growth across the US and Canada by building strong client relationships and delivering tailored technology solutions.
Key Responsibilities:

Drive sales of ERP solutions (SAP, Odoo, and others) to enterprise and mid-market clients.
Identify and develop new business opportunities in assigned territories (US & Canada).
Manage the full sales cycle from lead generation to closing.
Build and maintain strong relationships with C-level executives and decision-makers.
Understand client needs and present tailored ERP solutions to address business challenges.
Collaborate with internal technical teams to ensure successful solution delivery.
Meet and exceed quarterly and annual sales targets.
Prepare and deliver compelling presentations, proposals, and demos.
Maintain up-to-date knowledge of industry trends, ERP technologies, and competitor offerings.

Required Qualifications:

Proven track record of meeting or exceeding sales targets in the ERP/software domain.
Strong network of contacts in the US and/or Canadian markets.
Excellent communication, negotiation, and presentation skills.
Ability to work independently in a remote environment.
Bachelor s degree in Business, IT, or a related field (MBA is a plus).

Preferred Skills:

Deep understanding of ERP implementation processes and business workflows.
Experience working with enterprise clients across multiple industries.
Familiarity with CRM tools and sales reporting systems.
