About Us



Rosenberg Law Group PLLC is a New York real estate law firm with offices in Lawrence and Brooklyn. We handle residential and commercial closings, lender work, and a high volume of time-sensitive transactions. We are also building a digital platform.



We need one person to own our technology end to end. That means keeping the offices running, protecting client funds and data, automating our legal workflows with AI, and helping build the platforms apps.



What You'll Do



Run the firm's IT (on site at Lawrence and Brooklyn)



  • Administer Microsoft 365: Entra ID, Exchange Online, SharePoint, Teams, and Intune device management


  • Manage the network: Ubiquiti UniFi gateways, switches, Wi-Fi, VLANs, and VPN


  • Maintain security cameras, door access, printers and scanners, and conference-room AV


  • Own backups and disaster recovery, and test restores regularly


  • Onboard and offboard staff, manage laptops, and serve as first-line support for attorneys and paralegals


Protect the firm and our clients



  • Run endpoint protection and EDR (such as Defender or SentinelOne), patching, MFA, and Conditional Access


  • Lead incident response. You should be ready to handle phishing, account compromise, or ransomware.


  • Defend against wire fraud and business email compromise, the top threat to closing attorneys


  • Maintain our written information security program and NY SHIELD Act compliance, and train staff to spot threats


Build AI workflows for a legal practice



  • Automate contract review, document drafting, closing checklists, intake, and file tracking


  • Build with tools like Claude, OpenAI, n8n, Make, Zapier, and Power Automate


  • Connect our systems through APIs, including practice management, document storage, email, and e-signature


  • Keep AI use safe, with privacy controls, human review, and clear audit trails


Help build platform



  • Develop or support native iOS (Swift) and Android (Kotlin) apps and the platform website


  • Work with payments, secure login and 2FA, databases, cloud hosting, and CI/CD


  • Monitor, test, and ship updates reliably


What We're Looking For



Required



  • 3+ years of hands-on IT administration, not only help-desk ticket work


  • Strong Microsoft 365, Entra ID, and Intune experience


  • Real networking skills: firewalls, VLANs, Wi-Fi, and switching. UniFi is a strong plus.


  • Practical security experience: EDR, MFA, backups, and incident response


  • Basic scripting (PowerShell or Python) and a working understanding of APIs


  • Clear writing and a calm, professional manner with attorneys and clients


  • Able to be on site at both Lawrence (Nassau County) and Brooklyn


Strongly preferred



  • AI automation you have actually built and can show us


  • Mobile or web development: Swift, Kotlin, React, or Node


  • Payments or fintech experience, such as Stripe or card processing


  • Experience supporting a law firm, title company, or financial office


  • Certifications such as Security+, Network+, CySA+, or Microsoft MS-102


Not a fit for this role



  • Candidates whose experience is only coursework or bootcamp labs, with no production environments


  • Fully remote candidates. This role requires regular on-site presence.
