IT Security Analyst 3 - Endpoint Engineer (Software/Patch)

Seeking for an Endpoint Engineer to enhance our enterprise software and patch deployment processes. This role focuses on ensuring a secure and reliable endpoint environment by addressing vulnerabilities and deploying necessary software updates.

• Engineer and deploy commercial off-the-shelf (COTS) software across enterprise endpoints.
• Utilize tools like Microsoft Intune and Endpoint Configuration Manager for deployment package development.
• Automate deployment workflows to boost efficiency and scalability.
• Collaborate with application owners and security teams to assess software update needs and risks.
• Support patch management processes, including testing, scheduling, and deploying updates.
• Monitor vulnerability reports and assist in prioritizing endpoint risk remediation.
• Troubleshoot deployment failures and configuration issues, providing root-cause analysis.
• Maintain documentation for packaging standards and deployment procedures.
• Implement endpoint hardening policies and compliance settings.
• Partner with infrastructure and security teams to ensure endpoint reliability and security.

Must-Have Skills and Experience:

• Proficiency with Windows 11 and Office 365 updates (4 Years)
• Experience with Endpoint Management Systems and Workstation Imaging Solutions (4 Years)
• Experience using a Service Management Ticketing System (4 Years)
• Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities (4 Years)
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills (4 Years)
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team (4 Years)
• Experience with Microsoft InTune, Autopilot, and GraphAPI (Desired)
• Experience with PatchMyPC and ServiceNow (Desired)
• Experience with PowerShell (Desired)
