IT Security Analyst On-Site (Johnstown, PA)Full-TimeHealth Benefits: Comprehensive coverage with company‑paid premiums for medical/dental/vison coverage.PTOFlexible Work Schedules401kJob Purpose:The IT Security Analyst is responsible for maintaining the Martin-Baker America security posture and defending it from cyber threats.Overview:We're looking for an IT Security Analyst to support and enhance Martin‑Baker America's cybersecurity posture. In this role, you will help safeguard the organization's information systems by monitoring threats, improving security configurations, and ensuring compliance with industry and regulatory standards such as CMMC and NIST 800‑171.Key Responsibilities:Maintain awareness of new and current IT vulnerabilities and threats and suggest appropriate prevention or remediation actions.Provide suggestions for secure configuration of systems, in accordance with CMMC andor industry best practices.Maintain organization's CMMC compliance status and GRC tracking tool.Develop, maintain, and optimize a corporate SIEM.Requirements:High School diploma or GED.Minimum 1-2 years of experience in an operational IT environment with experience in incident handling and security controls.Preferred expierence within the aerospace or defense industry. Exposure to CMMC, NIST 800-171 and/or other compliance frameworks.Must adhere to all company policies and safety requirements.Why Martin‑Baker America?Martin‑Baker America is a premier provider of crashworthy and ejection seat systems supporting aircrew safety and survivability across the United States and Canada.
