IT Security Specialist III

Introduction

The role involves designing, implementing, securing, and governing Client 365, Power Apps, and Power Automate solutions across the enterprise. The position requires deep expertise in cloud architecture, cybersecurity principles, and regulatory compliance frameworks. The successful candidate will work closely with business, engineering, infrastructure, risk, compliance, and cybersecurity teams to deliver innovative solutions that balance user experience, operational efficiency, and security requirements.

Required Skills & Qualifications

• Extensive knowledge of Client 365 technologies, including Teams, SharePoint Online, OneDrive, Exchange Online, Power Apps, Power Automate, Power BI, Power Platform administration, and Exchange 2019 integration.
• Strong understanding of enterprise architecture principles, including solution design, scalability, resiliency, performance optimization, and secure application development.
• Demonstrated expertise in cybersecurity principles, including identity and access management (IAM), Zero Trust architecture, privileged access management (PAM), authentication and authorization models, and security-by-design practices.
• Experience implementing and managing Client security and compliance capabilities, including Client Defender, Client Purview, Data Loss Prevention (DLP), Information Protection, eDiscovery, Insider Risk Management, Conditional Access, and retention policies.
• Prior work experience at client or in client's Industry
• Applicants must be able to work directly for Artech on W2

Preferred Skills & Qualifications

• Proficiency in automation and scripting tools such as PowerShell, Python, Bash, or similar technologies to support administration, security operations, and process automation.
• Experience working with DevSecOps, CI/CD pipelines, and secure deployment practices is preferred.
• Experience integrating Power Platform solutions with CRM, ERP, cloud platforms, and third-party applications using Client Graph API, REST APIs, and other integration technologies.

Day-to-Day Responsibilities

• Engage with clients to understand their business needs and translate them into effective Power Apps and Power Automate solutions.
• Lead architecture design sessions to plan the integration of Power Apps and Power Automate within various environments.
• Provide technical expertise to guide clients through the implementation process of Power Apps and Power Automate.
