Kuehne+Nagel is seeking an experienced IT Service Desk Expert to deliver advanced technical support across our global organization. This role is responsible for resolving complex IT issues, supporting enterprise technology solutions, driving continuous improvement initiatives, and mentoring team members to deliver an exceptional end-user experience.

How you create impact

• Provide advanced Level 2 and Level 3 support for escalated incidents, service requests, and complex technical issues across the organization.
• Troubleshoot, diagnose, and resolve customer-reported system issues while ensuring timely and effective service delivery.
• Configure, implement, and maintain end-user devices, applications, and technology solutions based on business requirements.
• Prepare detailed technical documentation, root cause analyses, and escalation packages for engineering and development teams.
• Identify opportunities to improve service desk processes, workflows, and customer satisfaction through continuous improvement initiatives.
• Participate in IT projects, technology rollouts, upgrades, and enterprise improvement initiatives while collaborating with cross-functional teams.
• Mentor Service Desk team members, maintain knowledge base documentation, and participate in after-hours support rotations as needed.

What we would like you to bring

• 5+ years of experience providing enterprise-level IT support, including Level 2 and Level 3 troubleshooting in a corporate or managed services environment.
• Strong technical expertise supporting Microsoft 365, Azure, Intune, cloud-based applications, MDM tools, Windows, Mac devices, and mobile technologies.
• 3+ years of experience managing technology deployments, device rollouts, system implementations, or IT-related projects.
• Excellent analytical, troubleshooting, and problem-solving skills, with the ability to manage multiple priorities and work independently in a fast-paced environment.
• Strong communication, customer service, and stakeholder management skills, with the ability to support users across diverse teams, locations, and cultures.

Base wage is part of a competitive total rewards package that includes health and welfare benefits, a 401k retirement savings plan, tuition reimbursement, and incentive compensation for eligible roles. Individual pay may vary from the target range and is determined by a number of factors including experience, skills, job location, internal pay equity, and other relevant business considerations.
