IT Service Sales Rep

Key Responsibilities:

• Identify, prospect, and develop new business opportunities within the DMV area.
  

• Conduct client meetings, presentations, and product demonstrations.
  

• Build and maintain strong relationships with existing and potential clients.
  

• Understand client needs and recommend tailored IT solutions.
  

• Manage the entire sales cycle from lead generation to closing deals.
  

• Keep accurate records of sales activities using CRM tools.

Requirements

• Proven experience in outside sales, preferably in IT services or technology-related fields.
  

• Strong understanding of consultative sales techniques.
  

• Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.
  

• Self-motivated, goal-oriented, and able to work independently.
  

• Familiarity with CRM software (Zoho CRM experience is a plus).
  

• Ability to manage a territory and travel within the DMV region as needed.
  

• Tech-savvy with the ability to grasp and explain basic IT concepts.
