$42.00 - $52.00 Hourly

Design, develop, and test operating systems-level software, compilers, and network distribution software. Set operational specifications, and formulate and analyze software requirements. May design embedded systems software.

Job Requirements: IT Software Engineer 2

• Experience with enterprise level initiatives or platform responsibilities
• Value stream mapping, Lean prioritization, or portfolio planning experience
• Ability to define and enforce product workflows, standards, or governance practices
• Advanced SAFe or product management certification
• Experience shaping long range product planning, solutions, and financial prioritization

Top 3 Skill Sets: IT Software Engineer 2

• The Software Engineer provides strategic technical leadership for the Digital Plant program, driving migration of legacy machine network assets into a unified Operational Technology (OT) environment and enabling secure OEM remote access.
• The candidate should have extensive experience and knowledge of industrial systems engineering.
• They will collaborate and ensure solutions align to the enterprise strategy.

Basic Qualifications: IT Software Engineer 2

Bachelor's Degree and 2 years of experience. Master's Degree and 0 years of experience. 4 years of related exempt experience can be substituted for Bachelor's degree. 8 years of non-related exempt experience can be substituted for Bachelor's degree. A relevant professional certification can be substituted for a Bachelor's Degree.

Required PPE: Hardhat, Safety Glasses, Ear Protection which will be provided via client. Steel toes shoes are required to be purchased.

The anticipated salary range represents the estimated base pay for this role. Final compensation will be determined based on experience, qualifications, and other job-related factors, and may vary from the posted range.
