Rezult continues to make great strides toward enhancing the technology community nationwide. We are consistently looking for qualified professionals to join us in achieving success. Currently we are searching for an IT Specialist to fulfill an immediate permanent need in Sumner County.
This individual will be responsible for:
Install, configure, maintain, and troubleshoot computers, laptops, tablets, printers, and other IT equipment.
Provide day-to-day technical support to employees, resolving hardware, software, connectivity, and basic network issues.
Assist with technology implementations and system integrations, including the rollout of a new Warehouse Management System (WMS) and transition from paper-based processes to tablet-based operations.
Manage and organize IT inventory, equipment, supplies, and hardware replacements.
Work closely with warehouse, manufacturing, and office teams to troubleshoot issues, support system adoption, and minimize operational disruptions.
Assist with software installations, system updates, user account setup, and general IT maintenance.
Collaborate with IT leadership and cross-functional teams on technology projects, process improvements, and ongoing support needs.
Qualifications:
13+ years of hands-on IT support, help desk, desktop support, or similar technical experience.
Experience installing, configuring, and troubleshooting computers, software, and peripheral devices.
Basic understanding of networking, Windows operating systems, Microsoft 365, and general IT infrastructure.
Exposure to system implementations, ERP/WMS platforms, or manufacturing technology is a plus.
Strong communication skills with a collaborative, team-oriented approach.
Willingness to work hands-on throughout the facility, including warehouse and manufacturing environments.
Self-motivated, organized, and comfortable balancing daily support requests with ongoing IT projects.
