A successful international staffing firm is rapidly expanding its U.S. business and hiring experienced technology staffing professionals.
What You'll Do
Win new direct client relationships
Cold call, network and develop new business
Generate contract and/or permanent requisitions
Recruit and manage candidates in a full-desk environment
Build a profitable book of business
What We're Looking For
3+ years staffing experience
Proven business development ability
Strong sales mentality and comfort cold calling
Technology staffing experience preferred
Contract staffing experience especially attractive
Entrepreneurial, accountable and competitive personality
