About the Role

The nin Group in Nashville, TN is seeking a personable and technically inclined IT Support Agent to join our IT/Support Team. In this dynamic role, you'll directly impact the success of our growing organization by providing exceptional customer service and technical support to our internal employees (Oninites) across areas such as user support, system administration, and technology troubleshooting.

What You'll Do

• Provide outstanding support and service to internal employees (ninites), contingent staff, and clients.
• Respond to and resolve technical issues via phone, email, and ticketing systems (Zendesk).
• Execute user administration tasks, including onboarding/offboarding and managing hardware inventory.
• Assist internal staff with time management systems, payroll support, and employee tracking systems.
• Identify, document, and communicate employee feedback to internal teams to drive technology improvements.
• Support day-to-day IT and operational efficiency and assist with special technology projects.
• Travel occasionally to provide in-person branch training or support.

Ideal Candidate

• 1+ year of experience in customer service, administrative support, or technical troubleshooting.
• Strong interpersonal and communication skills with a customer-focused demeanor.
• Solid problem-solving abilities and a natural curiosity to resolve issues.
• General computer proficiency (familiarity with Google applications is a plus).
• Highly organized, detail-oriented, and proactive.
• Ability to work in-office at our Nashville location (Monday - Friday, 8:00 AM to 5:00 PM).
