Role Overiew:
As we establish our new Boston-area location, we are looking for a hands-on IT professional who is passionate about technology, enjoys working closely with people, and thrives in a dynamic, fast-growing environment.
In this key role, you will serve as the primary IT contact for our U.S. organization, providing support to employees at our Boston and Atlanta locations as well as to a largely remote workforce across the United States. You will ensure reliable day-to-day IT operations while partnering closely with our global IT team. From end-user support and device management to user training and local infrastructure coordination, you will play a vital role in creating an efficient, secure, and modern workplace.
