Join a midsized healthcare group as an onsite IT resource. You’ll manage daily support needs, maintain systems, and keep technology running seamlessly — all in a role that values independence and reliability.
Key Responsibilities
Install, configure, and maintain desktops, laptops, printers, and other peripherals.
Troubleshoot hardware, software, and basic networking issues to minimize downtime.
Handle device lifecycle tasks, including setup for new hires and secure recovery for departing users.
Assist with new user onboarding, including hardware preparation and Active Directory account setup.
Support IT initiatives such as workstation refreshes, EMR access setup, and network upgrades.
Provide IT service management, project coordination, and vendor communication to ensure reliable technology delivery.
Document configurations, procedures, and common fixes for internal knowledge sharing.
Coordinate with vendors for hardware, software, and service needs.
Partner with external IT teams to troubleshoot and resolve complex issues.
Key Qualifications
3+ years of IT support experience in a professional environment (healthcare experience preferred).
Strong working knowledge of Windows OS, Office 365, and basic networking (TCP/IP, DNS, DHCP).
Proven ability to diagnose and resolve hardware/software issues efficiently.
Excellent communication and organizational skills.
Bonus Experience: Familiarity with Windows Server administration, Group Policy, VMware/Hyper-V, backup systems, or scripting (PowerShell).
Preferred Certifications (not required): CompTIA A+, Network+, ITIL, or Microsoft 365 Certified
