IT Support | Healthcare
Join a midsized healthcare group as an onsite IT resource. You’ll manage daily support needs, maintain systems, and keep technology running seamlessly — all in a role that values independence and reliability.

Key Responsibilities
  • Install, configure, and maintain desktops, laptops, printers, and other peripherals.
  • Troubleshoot hardware, software, and basic networking issues to minimize downtime.
  • Handle device lifecycle tasks, including setup for new hires and secure recovery for departing users.
  • Assist with new user onboarding, including hardware preparation and Active Directory account setup.
  • Support IT initiatives such as workstation refreshes, EMR access setup, and network upgrades.
  • Provide IT service management, project coordination, and vendor communication to ensure reliable technology delivery.
  • Document configurations, procedures, and common fixes for internal knowledge sharing.
  • Coordinate with vendors for hardware, software, and service needs.
  • Partner with external IT teams to troubleshoot and resolve complex issues.

Key Qualifications
  • 3+ years of IT support experience in a professional environment (healthcare experience preferred).
  • Strong working knowledge of Windows OS, Office 365, and basic networking (TCP/IP, DNS, DHCP).
  • Proven ability to diagnose and resolve hardware/software issues efficiently.
  • Excellent communication and organizational skills.
  • Bonus Experience: Familiarity with Windows Server administration, Group Policy, VMware/Hyper-V, backup systems, or scripting (PowerShell).

Preferred Certifications (not required): CompTIA A+, Network+, ITIL, or Microsoft 365 Certified
