Requirements/Responsibilities
Key Responsibilities
Provide first-level technical support to users via email, chat, or other designated communication channels.

Escalate complex technical problems to the appropriate team members.
Assist users with account access, password resets, and basic system navigation.

Follow established IT procedures, security guidelines, and data protection policies.
Collaborate with team members to improve support processes and user experience.
Participate in training and professional development activities as needed.
Qualifications and Requirements
High school diploma or equivalent.
Basic understanding of computers, operating systems, software applications, and internet connectivity.
