Description
IT SUPPORT SERVICES SPECIALIST
Location: Port Chester, NY 10573
Duration: 12+ Months
This role supports operational IT services, security tools, and cross-platform integrations across municipal departments.
Responsibilities:
- Manage ITSM tools (ServiceDesk Plus)
- Support endpoint security platforms
- Administer MFA systems
- Support surveillance systems (Genetec, cameras)
- Maintain documentation and compliance records
- Assist with system integrations
Required Skills:
- IT service management tools
- Security tools (EDR/XDR)
- Identity and access tools
- Strong troubleshooting skills
Required Certifications & Platform Experience:
- Certifications are preferred, strong platform experience required.
Experience with:
- CrowdStrike, Cortex, ThreatDown
- Duo, YubiKey
- Genetec, iPro
- API integrations
