IT Support Specialist Role:
- Generate reports and analyze data using Power Bi and Excel
- Support Business Development efforts
- Collaborate with Business Development team on client management
- Handle client scheduling, communication, and analytics
- Track deliverables and meet deadlines
- Assist with client collection analysis and special projects
IT Support Specialist Background Profile:
- Bachelor’s Degree preferred
- 3+ years experience in IT support or similar role
- Proficiency in Power Bi, advanced Excel skills required
- Strong organizational and time management skills
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to analyze data and generate insights
